By commissioning me, you agree to these terms of service.

I reserve the right to reject a commission if I don’t feel comfortable with the subject, deadline, etc.

Turnabout time: I usually take about 2-6 weeks to finish (depending on details, complexity, amount of characters, irl stuff).

Stripe or PayPal. All payments are taken in USD.

Full payment is required upfront for commissions under $100.

For commissions above $100, a payment plan of 50% before the initial sketch and 50% at the lineart stage is available.

You can check the current status of the work on my Trello or request WIPs from me at any time.

Typically, I send 1 WIP of the artwork weekly. The stages are: initial sketch(es) > color test > lineart > final piece.

Minor changes are acceptable at any stage.

If major changes to the pose, clothing, or lighting are needed after a previous stage has been approved, an additional fee may be required.

I retain all the rights to my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for self-promotion.

If you’d like the commission to remain private (not ever published anywhere), please inform beforehand, a fee may be added.

You may resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but you cannot alter the artwork itself.

You are welcome to upload your commission to social media, as long as you give me credits for the work.

You are not allowed to use the commissioned work to train image AIs, or edit it (as in img2img) using AIs (such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Novel AI etc.)

Refunds aren't available during or after the lineart stage.

In any other case, don’t hesitate to ask me! I’m sure we can find a solution for any case.
